FIRST CANADIAN HORSE OF YEAR PRESENTATION An oil painting of Bull Page, commemorating the latters recogni- tion as top performer in the Dominion in 1951 in a poll sponsored by the, Canadian edition of Daily Racing Form, was presented to owner E. P. Taylor right by J. Samuel Perlmah center publisher of this newspaper, at a .dinner in Taylors honor in Toronto Friday night. Artist G W. Kettlewell, who was commissioned to dp the portrait by Triangle Publications, Inc., is at left. Government and civic dignitaries and leading turfmen attended the function, which will be held each year in Canada by this newspaper on the eve of the Queens Plate running.
