Titien M. Is Purchased For 4,000 at Auction A. E. Masters, Former Owner in Partnership, Successful Bidder BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., June 6. — The topnotch steeplechase and hurdle, specialist, Titien II., attracted the highest bid of the vendue held here this morning. This mornings session concluded the two-day sale which was conducted by Fasig-Tipton Company. Titien n., holder of several track records over the infield hurdle course at this plant and victor last year in the Meadow Brook Steeplechase, was purchased by E. A. Masters for 4,000.
