Riely Directing Pre-Meet Plans CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 6.— In the absence of president Albert J. Boyle, who is looking after things at Waterford Park, secretary Leeds K. Riely is getting things shipshape here for the June 27 to August 9 racing. Increased free parking facilities are included in the improvements to this picturesque racing plant.
