Owner-Trainer, Veterinarian Suspended at Ak-Sar-Ben AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr.. June 6. — The stewards here issued the following rulings today. "For prescribing medication for the horse Isabelon, owned and trained by W. R. Warren which ran in the third race on the thirty-first day of May, 1952, in violation of the Rules of Racing, veterinarian Dr. Ben A. Moore is suspended; and denied access to and the privileges of these grounds for the balance of this meeting. This case is referred to the Nebraska State Racing Commission. "On the report of the official chemist that the urine taken from the horse Isabelon, entered and haying run in the third race on Saturday, May 31, 1952, disclosed the presence of a drug of the nature of procaine, owner-trainer, W. R. Warren and all horses owned or trained by him are hereby suspended for the balance of this meeting and the case is referred to the Nebraska State* Racing Commission for further disposition. "The horses suspended by this ruling are: Clyde M., Solater, Sterling Hope, Skullery Maid, Big Rip, Mr. A. J., Jed Cat, Surprise and Isabelon. "For violation of rule No. 125 Corrupt Practices pertaining to possession of prohibited medicines, groom Mott Clinton Goodsell, Jr., is hereby suspended for the balance of this meeting, denied access to and the privileges of these grounds. This case is referred to the Nebraska State Racing Commission for further action. "Jockey, Tom Osment is fined 5.00 for making a frivolous claim of a foul, following the running of the fifth race on June 5."
