Tattoo Crew at Arlington HAWTHORNE, Cicero, HI., June 6.— The tattooing crew of the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau begins its work at Arlington Park on Monday, June 9, and horsemen with horses at that track were urged to advise racing secretary Ivan Thomas, of Arlington Park, to have their registration certificates on hand for identification, the office of the TRPB announced today. It advised that the tattoo crew will be on hand for about three days and this will be the final opportunity to get this work done. The office urges horsemen to contact Al Wells at Hawthorne for details, or leave word at the racing secretarys office at Arlington Park of their needs.
