Grand Monde Destroyed DETROIT, Mich, June 6. — Dr. C. O. Chapman, New Orleans veterinarian, reported that it was necessary to humanely destroy Grand Monde, who is a member of the locally-owned Grace Kosiba stable. Grand Monde, a four-year-old Jean Val-jean-sired filly, suffered a shattered sesamoid during her last start.
