CBS to Air Dixie Handicap PIMLICO, Md., May 7.— The Dixie Handicap on Saturday will be carried over a national radio hookup by Columbia Broadcasting System. The race is scheduled to go during a 15 -minute period between 4:45 and 5:00 p. m., daylight time. Raymond Haight, track announcer at Pimlico, will do the call of the Dixie. Color for the program will be provided by David Woods, former publicity director of Pimlico, and Charles Purcell of Station WCAO in Baltimore will handle the opening and closing announcements .
