Open River Downs Office CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 7.— Racing director Henry Green today announced that the offices of the River Downs association would be opened here Monday to speed plans for the opening of the 44-day meeting, Saturday, June 5. In making any inquiries, Green stated they should be directed to the attention of either Tony Web-ner or Robert Green, Suite 105, Sheraton-Gibson Hotel.
