New Book on Ring Rules TRENTON, N. J., June 23 UP. — State athletic conimissioner Abe J. Greene offered the boxing game a new book of rules today. A 62-page, pocket-size manual, issued free to boxing license holders beginning July 1, emphasized ring safety, referee responsibility, insurance protection, managerial obligations and television sportsmanship.
