• Leicht Rides Over Again To River Downs Triumph Holds Neck Edge on Gallablue; To Honor Indiana Day Thursday RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 23. — Dave Leicht gave the six-year-old, Over Again, a smashing ride to account for the six-furlong fourth race, which was one of the better races on the early card. Leicht had previously ridden the stallion to victory here and kept him to light pressure during the early running, while the speedy Soundings was winging along clear of the field. At the head of the stretch, Leicht swung out to the middle of the track for the final run and Over Again responded with courage after engaging Gallablue at the fjirlong pole. At the finish, Over Again held a short neck margin over Gallablue, while running the six furlongs in 1:12, flat. Over Again paid .40 to those in the crowd of ,982 who had liked him in the wide-open contest. 2ML-1 Sdr, Thursday will be Indiana Day here in keeping with the managements decision to set one day a year aside to honor the neighboring states of Kentucky and Indiana. Kentucky Day last Thursday was a big success at the Downs and the sporting set from Indiana are expected to outdo theirneigHbors across the river celebrating their day.
