Van Zandt, Dade Park Official, To Visit Several Midwest Tracks FORT WORTH, Texas, June 23. — L. Henderson Van Zandt, racing secretary at Dade Park, and who is vacationing at his home here, plans a trip to several tracks in the Middle West in the interests of the Henderson, Ky., meeting, which gets under way August 5. Van Zandt reports much interest in the Dade meeting, as witnessed by the flood of stall applications received from horsemen. Van Zandt plans to be at the Ak-Sar-Ben track at Omaha, Nebr., on June 30 and July 1 and then will travel eastward to Fairmount Park at Collinsville, HI., and will be at that course on July 3 and 4.
