Carter on TV and Radio The 0,000 Carter Handicap from Aqueduct will be seen and heard nationally this afternoon over the facilities of the Columbia Broadcasting System and the American Broadcasting Company. Air time for the programs is from 3 to 3:30 p. m. CDT, with CBS televising the event and ABC handling the radio description. CBS-TV channel 4 in Chicago will have Fred.Capossela at the microphone to give the running account of the Carter, with Sammy Renick doing the color commentary. Jack McCarthy will describe the race over the ABC radio network WLS in Chicago .
