New England Notes SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 26. Augie Huitchins and Ted Johnson, the Trainer Morrie Sidell reports that his father and mother, owners of the string he is conditioning, will be on hand for the opening of Narragansett Park oh Monday. The Sidells are coming from Miami, Fla. Bobby Permane, popular member of the local jockey colony, has recovered from the bad spill he had earlier in the meeting and returned to action with a rousing finish on River Divide Farms Pile Driver to finish second on Wednesdays card. Dave Robertson, an owner-trainer, leads all trainers and owners for winning starters. He has 18 winners, which is five better than G. R. Wynhof f , another owner-trainer. Bill Resseguet is third among trainers with 12 winners, while Oakhurst. Farm and Melpet Stable are tied for third among owners with 11 apiece.
