F/even Vie in Hollywoods 00,000 Westerner Today HOLLYWOOD PARK, Ingle wood, Calif., June 26. — Eleven closely matched three-year-olds, the best still in training on the West Coast, will get the most severe test of their lives when they spring out of the gate in quest of top honors in the 5100,000 Westerner here tomorrow afternoon. They will meet over a mile and one-quarter. The most difficult task awaits the W-L Ranchs Alis Gem, the Calumet Farms Chanlea, and A. J. Crevolins Imbros, for under the conditions of the Westerner, they will have to shoulder 126 pounds each and that is from four to 15 more than any of their opponents will, have to pick up. Named for the Westerner along with the three heavy- • weights were the Crevolin Stables Decorated, Calumet- Farms Right Bright, R. C. Ellsworths Fleet Khal, King Ranchs Rejected and Resistance, Mr. and Mrs. Harry James Laughin Louie, L. B. Mayers Lucrative and C. H. Jones and Sons Perfection. As a result of four victories in as many starts this year and previous triumphs over most of those he will face tomorrow. Alis Gem is the choice.
