Hialeah Popular for Sightseers MIAMI, Fla., May 28— It helps, of course, but you dont have to have horses to get a crowd to a race track. Recent reopening of the Hialeah track to sightseers proved this. Between 4,500 and 5,000 turned out the first day of the summer season for a look at the, flamingos and tropical landscaping.
