Oerther Maywood Director MAYWOOD PARK, Maywood, HI., May 28.— Herbert A. Oerther, 2536 E. 91st St., auditor of the Maywood, Park Trotting Association, was named to the board of directors at the annual stockholders meeting of the organization held yesterday. A change also was made in the capital structure, whereby the preferred stock was retired. The new structure will consist of 200,000 shares of common stock now outstanding.
