Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form MIAMI, Fla., May 28.— The Florida J State Racing Commission issued the following ruling: "R. W. Collins, owner-trainer, suspended by the stewards of Gulfstream Park and his case referred to the rac- 1 ing commission upon the basis of a report from the commission laboratory. A redistribution of the purse awards for the seventh race, at Gulfstream Park, on Friday, April 16, 1954, was 1 ordered. The purse for Star Chief, which finished first was ordered for- A feited and the win, place, show and fourth position awards to be given to Very Special, Elliot L., Orion and Stop Gap, respectively. The laboratory report disclosed the presence of ephe-drine in the urine of the horse, Star 1 Chief, taken immediately after the finish of the race. It was determined after thorough investigation that no overt act was disclosed on the part of J Mr. Collins or any employee of the stable, in so far, as carelessness is * concerned, in connection with the administration of this drug. Suspension, therefore, is terminated as of May 26, 1954." .
