Brown Taken to Hospital DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., May 28. — Sidney S. Brown, assistant to racing secretary-handicapper Charles J. McLennan at the local course, was taken to Harper Hospital last night. Brown, nursing a severe cold for the last, week, was sent to the infirmary on the advice of his physician, who recommended several days complete rest for the official.
