Y., May 2. — The stewards here issued the following ruling: "Jockey Charles OBrien is suspended for 10 days effective Monday, May 2 to Wednesday, May 11, inclusive, for failing to maintain a straight course through the stretch and causing interference during the running of the second race on Friday, April 29." LAUREL, Md., May 2.— The stewards issued the following here today: "Jockey Norman Cox is fined 0.00 for making a frivolous claim of foul in —the second race, Saturday, April 30, in which he rode Sun o Lure." ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May. 2. — The Ascot Park stewards issued the following ruling here today : "For crossing the field too sharply after the start of the fifth race on April 30, apprentice jockey Kenneth Brinkley is suspended for five days, May 2 to 6 inclusive." AGUA CALIENTE, Tijuana, Mex., May 2. — The stewards issued the following ruling: "For careless riding in the sixth and eighth races Saturday, April 30, jockey Tony Dominguez is fined 0."
