Harry Vance Drops bead AGUA CALIENTE, Tijuana, Mexico, May 2. — Harry Vance, a trainer of thoroughbreds at Caliente for some 10 years, dropped dead Sunday afternoon shortly after the running of the twelfth race. Vance had saddled the horse Sir English, who finished fourth in the event, and was walking into the clubhouse when he suffered a heart attack and died. A native of San Gabriel, Calif., Vance was 7L years, old and is survived by his widow.
