Crevolins Golden Land May Be Preakness Supplementary GOLDEN GATE FIELDS. Albany, Calif., May 10. — Golden Land may replace Swaps as Californias representative in the Preakness two weeks from Saturday. Trainer Bill Molter said this morning that Andy Crevo-lin will be on hand to watch Golden Lands performance here in Saturdays 0,000 Oakland Handicap. If the colt wins impressively, Crevolin will make him a supplementary nomination for the Preakness. Supplementaries at ,500 close at midnight Saturday. Golden Land will carry topweight of 126 pounds in Saturdays mile and a sixteenth race. The three-year-old son of Bull Lea and a Hyperion mare was purchased last winter for 0,000 from the Rokeby Stable and has won three out of five races, including the Golden Gate Derby, for his new owner. While Golden Land still races under the banner of the A. J. Crevolin Co., Crevolin sold a half-interest to T. Kirk Hill, southern California industrialist, a few hours before Golden Land won the local derby.
