Mrs. Phil Chinn Dies After Long Illness LEXINGTON, Ky., May 10. — Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie Ferguson Chinn, wife of Col. Phil T. Chinn, i. were conducted here today at the W. R. Milward Mortuary H Chapel by the Rev. Wilbur H. Tyte. Burial was in n the Lexington Cemetery. Mrs. Chinn died Sunday y afternoon at the Good Samaritan Hospital after a long ■8 Illness. She was a native of Lexington and a daughter sr of the late James and Elizabeth McGrath Ferguson. »■ Besides Col.
