Hartacks claim of foul against the winner for stretch interference, after the stewards had called for an inquiry, was allowed. TALENT SHOW raced SIR R0BBY into defeat to wrest command on the final tum, was unable to draw clear and weakened during the drive. NADIR, formidable from the outset, engagedthe leader entering the stretch and faltered. SIR ROBBY was used up setting the pace and weakened. OLYMAR failed to attain prominence. TERRA FIRMA lacked a rally. NISHT AMO0L was shuffled back entering the backstretch and showed nothing. PL10N, steadied when in a precarious position . on the first tum, remained a factor until leaving the backstretch and gave way badly.
