Jockey W. Karnes Suspended RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 26. — The stewards here Monday issued the following ruling: "Jockey W. Karnes is hereby suspended for 10 racing days, beginning June 26 through July 6, for rough riding in the eighth race Saturday, June 23."
