PNEUMONIA TAKES RED ROD HOT SPRINGS, Ark.. April 2. J. D. Lar-kin announced the death of the five-year-old chestnut gelding. Red Rod. The racer contracted distemper some weeks ago and developed pneumonia in the last few days, and the latter was the cause of the death.
