TANFORAN TURF NOTES f o Charles Irby, trainer for the Gorban Stable, Thursday bought Undulate from the R. C. Thatcher stable at private terms. Irby had several juveniles in training for the Gorban Stable at Santa Anita but they were turned out at the close of the season. L. W. Kidd yesterday purchased the plater Footwork from George Pruett at private terms and Footwork sported the Kidd silks in his race Thursday. F. A. Carreauds War Glory was on the track Thursday morning for a mile breeze in 1:41. Trainer W. B. Finnegan reports that the stable of Mrs. Vera S. Bragg has seven foals by Bostonian so far this season. The mares were brought out in foal last year, so the foals automatically become California-bred. Lady Bowman, hard hitting sprint star owned by W. A. Thomas is back in training after a short lay-off and is expected to be Been under colors shortly. She was nosed out y Gleeman in her last start at Santa Anita,
