BULL RETURNED TO OFFICE NEW YORK, N. Y., April 2. At the annual meeting of the Turf and Field Club today, Henry W. Bull was elected president for the fifteenth consecutive year. A member since 1902 and for many years vice-president under the late Frank K. Sturgis, Bull has long been active in administering the affairs of the organization. He Is also president of the National Steeplechase and Hunts Association and is a member of The Jockey Club. H. A. Buck was re-elected secretary. He has held this position and that of assistant secretary since the club reorganized in 1905, the year Belmont Park opened.
