ANTENA, away fastest but outrun early, moved up fast after three-eighths, forged to the front in the stretch, drew clear rapidly and won easily. WINGED VICTORY, slow to begin, was rushed to the lead in the opening quarter, but was unable to draw clear and gave way when challenged, though holding on well. TOMBO TUCK subdued WINGED VICTORY after five-sixteenths, drew away under good urging and tired in the drive. SAXLEN was hustled along from the start and held on well. WATCHFULLY came from far back. ESCOMUR, allowed to drop back after five-sixteenths, came again on the inside in the stretch, but tired in the last stages. ANGELITA, used up in the pace, tired in the final eighth.
