LONG BRANCHS LIBERAL POLICY TORONTO, Ont., June 11. Henceforth, whenever a race at Long Branch doesnt fill and a cheaper one has to be substituted, the money saved on that race will be added to another on the same day, or if there isnt one attractive enough, that money will be added to some other race during the meeting. That was the important announcement racing secretary Pat Galliger was authorized by Fred Orpen to make today. It means that the Long Branch Jockey Club has no intention of saving any money because races do not fill.
