PERRY PRO TENNIS CHAMPION Fred Perry of England, former amateur tennis champion, is now the professional champion. He won the title Sunday night at the Chicago Arena, defeating Bruce Barnes of White Plains, N. Y., 6-3, 6-2, 6-4. Perry also won the doubles title with Vincent Richards.
