TREANORS ARM IN SLING ! LAUREL, Md,, Oct. 3. Vincent Treanor, who serves in the stewards stand, at several tracks, was an arrival to take up his duties as steward for the Maryland State Fair, Inc. Treanor is wearing his right arm in a sling, the result of a muscular ailment.
