SHIFTING SANDS DOMICILED LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 3. Shifting Sands, three-year-old chestnut son of Fairway Panic, by Hurry On, purchased in England by Fred B. Koontz, master of Paulfred Farms, Tulsa, Okla., arrived at John S. Wiggins Military Stock Farm near Paris, Ky., last night. He had his first freedom in a blue grass paddock late last week. Wiggins announced that through Cromwell Blood Stock Agency, Mr. Koontz has just bought Ann Victory, brown mare, age five years, by Victorian Penny Pan, by Peter Pan, in foal to Reigh Count, and that she is expected at Military Stock Farm early next week.
