HEAR RFC CASE APPEAL Arguments by counsel representing the 5,000 stockholders of the Central Republic Company, will be heard by the United States Circuit Court of Appeals Monday. They are seeking a reversal, of Federal Judge Wilker-sons decision that they owe the Reconstruction Finance Corporation 4,500,000, the unpaid balance of the famous 0,000,000 loan given the bank by the RFC.
