REPORT NE GRINS RESIGNATION LONDON, Eng., Oct. 15. An Exchange Telegraph dispatch from Lisbon reported the resignation of Premier Juan Negrin, of Spain, was generally discounted in well informed circles today. The dispatch naming j Diego Martinez-Barrios, former president and premier as Negrins successor was believed a distorted version of rumors current in Paris on Thursday :.nd later denied.
