TYPHOON KILLS FORTY-SIX TOKYO, Japan, Oct. 15. The .City of Kagoshima, on the southerly tip of Japan, was struck by a typhoon yesterday, causing heavy casualties, according to a weather bureau account. The latest report estimates forty-six persons killed and 116 missing. 157 houses were destroyed. 1 1
