1 CRABB PLANS APPEAL PEKIN, 111., Oct. 15. Counsel for James Crabb, 22-year-old bankers son, today planned an appeal to the State Supreme Court from his conviction and sentence on perjury charges. Convicted October 1 of perjuring himself at a coroners inquest into the death of his bride of five weeks, Betty Collison Crabb, 19, young Crabb yesterday was sentenced to serve from one to fourteen years in the penitentiary. Pending final-disposition of his case, Crabb remained at liberty under 7;500 bond.
