PREPARE FOR TOURIST TRADE MIAMI, Fla., Oct. 15. With the fall season at hand, metropolitan Miami is pushing to rapid completion a 4,000,000 construction program to provide increased hotel, apartment and recreational facilities for its winter visitor population. Erection of eleven new hotels, forty-six new apartment houses and scores of tourist camp cottages has provided 2,453 additional rooms for the use of visitors, thus making it possible to accommodate more than 100,000 persons a day in the resort area of metropolitan Miami. Homes have sprung up at the rate of forty a week during the last few months, helping to reflect an ,000,000 increase in real estate valuation.
