IRWIN TRIAL ON OCTOBER 27 NEW YORK, Oct. 15. Robert Irwin, youthful sculptor accused of the Easter Sunday, 1937, triple murder, will go on trial for his life on October 27., according to a ruling placed on record today by General Sessions Judge Donnellan. Irwin will be tried only for the murder of Frank Byrnes, boarder in the house of Mrs. Mary Gedeon and her beautiful artists model daughter, Veronica, who also were slain.
