UPHOLD YOUNG SUSPENSION LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 15. At a special meeting held in their downtown offices here, the Kentucky State Racing Commission today upheld the sixty-day suspension meted out to Tom B. Young by the Latonia stewards when the report of the saliva test taken on Nanita came back positive. Under the rule governing the case, it was mandatory on the commission to take such action.
