SIGN ITALIAN BIKE STAR The Chicago six-day bike race, which will open at the Stadium on November 6, will mark the first appearance for Cesar Moretti in the Windy City. Moretti is the son of a former Italian rider. He competed for Italy in the 1932 Olympics, which were held in Los Angeles, arid was on the winning Italian cycling team. Since turning professional he has been the riding sensation of many six-day grinds. i
