BRIG. GEN. W. C. BROWN DIES DENVER, Colo., May 11.— Brig. Gen. William Carey Brown, 84, is dead at his home here. Gen. Brown saw service in the Indian Wars, the Spanish-American War, Philippine Insurrection, Mexican punitive expedition and the World War.
