NORTH RANDALL IN READINESS All Improvements to Be Completed by May 20 — Meeting to Open Saturday, May 27. CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 11.— All improvements at North Randall will be completed by May 20. The course will be open for inspection by the general public Sunday, May 21, officials of the Cleveland Jockey Club announced today. The thirty-three-day meeting of running races, the first ever held here, will open Saturday, May 27. Stall applications are flooding the offices of the Cleveland Jockey Club, coming from horsemen at Pimlico, Narragansett, Churchill Downs, Fairmount and Beulah Park. The grandstand has been enlarged and 3,900 new seats added. The clubhouse includes 104 boxes. Resurfacing of the track will be completed within the next few days. The Harry M. Stevens organization, which will be in charge of concessions, also is heavily represented at the track. Preparations are being made to give Clevelanders the best in the refreshment line.
