WINS HANDICAPPING CONTEST COLLINSVILLE, 111., May 11.— Mrs. W. M. Redding of St. Louis, Mo., was the lucky winner of the 00 daily prize in the "handicapping rating award" when her selections accounted for five of the first seven races. The awarding of the daily prize is on a "point" basis.
