The credit is to be used for the purchase of British goods. In return, Britain will purchase 2,000 tons of the next Roumanian wheat crop, if a surplus is available, at world prices, thereby giving Roumania economic aid as -well as promises of military assistance. The agreement also provides for the establishment of organizations for mutual trade and facilities for payment.
