EXPECT PROMINENT JOCKEYS North Randall Track Will Have Group of Experienced Riders for Coming Meeting. CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 16.— Several prominent riders will ply their trade at North Randalls inaugural meeting of thirty-three days, May 27 through July 4. Among them will be "Chuck" Charlton, who is now at Churchill Downs. Other riders will come from Churchill, Fairmount, Beulah and Charles Town. Clarence Watters, veteran reinsman who hails from Youngstown, Ohio, will be here. Others will include W. C. Huff, Bill Page, Bill Lowe, Augie Sylvester, J. W. "Red" Wilson, Ted King, Bill McCadden, Frank Bowles, Eddie Elam and Eddie Sylvia. King will ride for the J. C. Ellis stable; McCadden, formerly associated with the "Butsey" Hernandez string, will do the saddle work for H. A. Allen, and Elam is under contract to Ivan H. Parke.
