DISTRIBUTES DELAWARE BOOKS LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 16.— Charles H. Hughes is distributing copies of the first condition book for the Delaware Steeplechase and Race Associations meeting at Delaware Park, Wilmington. Hughes, a member of the racing staff at that eastern coast track, leaves next week for Wilmington.
