Agree on Aqueduct Surface BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. May 27. A committee of trainers, Max Hirsch and Bill Winfrey from Belmont Park; Sol Rutchick and Hirsch Jacobs from Jamaica, and James Fitzsimmons Frank Kearns, representing Aqueduct, inspected the racing strip at the Queens County track today. They walked over surface accompanied by Edward Kilroe, general manager of the course, and track superintendent Frank Keogh.
