To Open Monmouth for Horses MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., May 27. Monmouth Parks stable section will be opened to receive horses next Monday, according to an announcement made today by officials of the northern New Jersey course. Thoroughbreds are to start arriving on that date to be rested and freshened for Monmouth Parks fourth modern-day racing season which opens June 17 and continues through August 10.
