Parnell Uninjured in Fall WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., May 27. Jockey W. "Billy" Parnell suffered no ill effects from his tumble off Outskirts just after the start of the seventh race yesterday, it was revealed here this morning. However, as a precautionary measure, Parnell was admitted to St. James Hospital in Chicago Heights, 111., for x-ray following the mishap and then immediately released.
