Sidney Brown Hospitalized DETROIT, Mich., June 14. — Sidney S. Brown, veteran racing offical and assistant here to racing secretary and handi-capper Charles McLennan, was taken to Harper Hospital late last night suffering from an infection in the abdominal area. While Browns condition is not considered serious, he will remain in the local infirmary for several days to undergo treatment and observation. During Browns enforced absence from duty, Judge James Ross, Jr., and Pat Farrell are serving as assistants to McLennan.
